Participants can request refunds based on the cancellation timeline. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event, while partial refunds apply for cancellations up to 15 days prior. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided. Ticket transfers to another participant are allowed with prior notice. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval. Processing fees may apply. If no refund or cancellation policy is available, it will be clearly stated on the website.
